Exchanges & Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 10 days of receipt of your order. All returns must be approved by Magicvilla. All items must be returned in original and unused condition with original packaging. Please make sure that items are well packed and insured for the full amount. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges. Returns are not accepted after 10 days from receipt of order at your shipping address.
All special orders, or items returned without all original packaging, and sale items are non-returnable.
To make a return for refund or an exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order date and a list of the item(s) you are returning. Please do not return any items until you have emailed us.

Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you by email to confirm your refund or exchange.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

Orders placed in Canada will be charged applicable HST.
All credit card information sent to www.magicvilla.ca is encrypted for complete security. Once you begin your checkout process everything will go through the secure server operating by PAYPAL.
All information collected on our site or provided by you over the phone is kept strictly confidential. We will not sell or share customer information. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list please let us know at email@example.com.
Custom sizes and colors are an option for many of our products. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to place an order for a custom sized curtain or for further information on custom sizes and colors for any of our other products.
Though we do keep some stock, many of our products are made to order and require 1 – 6 weeks lead time depending on the product and date of order. If orders placed online are going to take longer than 2 weeks to ship, we will contact you via email with an estimated ship date. Please contact us at email@example.com for more specific information.
Though gift certificates are not currently available online, we are happy to create a gift certificate for you in any denomination. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to order a gift certificate.
We are happy to ship products anywhere in Canada. Our standard methods of shipment are Canada Post.
Though we do not offer warranties on any of our products, we do guarantee material quality and workmanship. If you find a defect with an item, please email us at email@example.com for information on repair or replacement.
